Problems solved by technology

However, the traditional Fenton method still has shortcomings, such as H 2 o 2 The utilization rate is low, the pH required for the reaction is low, and the produced Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ Affect the chromaticity of water, etc.
With the in-depth study of catalysts in the Fenton system, homogeneous catalysts have problems such as a narrow applicable pH range, difficulty in recycling catalysts, and large and difficult-to-handle chemical sludge. Therefore, heterogeneous catalysts have gradually become the research topic of Fenton systems. focus

Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0034] Catalyst preparation:

[0035] (1) Weigh 0.1g of polyethyleneimine, dissolve it in 10g of methanol, add 1g of Y-type zeolite to the above solution, stir at room temperature for 12h, remove methanol with a rotary evaporator, and dry the solid powder at 100°C overnight; High temperature activation;

[0036] (II) Weigh a certain amount of ferric nitrate, dissolve it in 10g of deionized water, put the powder obtained in I into the ferric nitrate solution, stir at room temperature for 12h, and dry the resulting mixture at 70°C for 5h to obtain a block solid; adjust Fe 3+ The concentration ranges are 0.18mol / L, 0.36mol / L, 0.54mol / L, 0.72mol / L and 0.90mol / L respectively, and catalysts A, B, C, D, and E are prepared respectively;

[0037] (Ⅲ) Calcined at 600°C for 5h to obtain a specific surface area of 367.6m 2 / g of Fenton solid catalyst.

[0038] Referring to the above cataly...

Abstract

The invention specifically relates to a regenerable heterogeneous Fenton catalyst, and a preparation method and application thereof, which belongs to the technical field of industrial catalysts. The catalyst provided by the invention uses commercial zeolite as a carrier and is prepared through the following steps: surface modification of the carrier with a high polymer; loading of an active component Fe or Co; and roasting so as to form an iron or cobalt compound-valence oxide on the surface of zeolite. The catalyst shows high-efficiency degradability to industrial intractable organic waste water containing phenols, dyes or the like, and the degradation rate of organic matters in waste water is up to more than 90% at room temperature (less than 30 DEG C) under an almost neutral condition (wherein a pH value is in a range of 6 to 8); and the catalyst has good regeneration performance. According to the method, the heterogeneous Fenton catalyst is used for oxidation removal of organic matters like phenols and dyes in waste water, so cost is low and no secondary pollution is produced; and a process for treating waste water with the Fenton catalyst is a promising organic waste water treatment process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial catalysts, and in particular relates to a heterogeneous Fenton catalyst and a preparation method thereof, and also relates to the application of the catalyst in degrading industrial organic wastewater. Background technique [0002] With social development and population growth, the resulting environmental pollution is increasing. Removing refractory pollutants in water and reducing water pollution has attracted widespread attention [BabuponnusamiA., et.al., Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering. 2014, 2, 557]. With the increasingly complex wastewater quality and the country's emphasis on environmental protection, traditional treatment methods have become increasingly difficult to meet the treatment needs of refractory wastewater. [0003] Advanced oxidation technology (AOPs) is based on the strong oxidation activity of hydroxyl radicals (HO ) generated in the system, which can non-selec...
