Abstract

The invention provides a refining method of by-product industrial salt and belongs to the technical field of by-product industrial salt treatment. The refining method of by-product industrial salt comprises the following steps: (1) melting the by-product industrial salt in a mixing reactor, so that a saturated solution is obtained; (2) adding coagulating agent into the mixing reactor through the dosing nozzle of the mixing reactor, then raising the stirring rate to 210-350 round / minute to continuously react for 2-3 hours, wherein the addition amount of the coagulating agent is 2-5wt% that of the saturated solution obtained in step (1); (3) sending the mixture into an air-floatation machine to remove the suspended matters in the upper layer, so that a clear solution is obtained; (4) orderly filtrating the clear solution by a multi-media filter and an activated-carbon filter; and (5) evaporating the crystals and filtrating to obtain the purified table salt.
