Embodiment Construction

[0017] (1) Preparation of liquor samples: Collect liquor samples from various production stages, seal and refrigerate after numbering;

[0018] (2) Collection of near-infrared spectra: AntarisII near-infrared spectrometer produced by ThermoFisher in the United States is used. The software adopts standard workflow (SOP) and analysis methods based on Workflow to collect diffuse reflectance spectra of liquor samples. The acquisition parameters are: resolution 7cm-1, scan times 50 times, spectral range 10000-3800cm-1.

[0019] (3) Model establishment: use special chemometrics software to establish a mathematical model between the near-infrared spectrogram and the data measured by the standard method; the algorithm used for modeling is PLS (partial least squares); through experiments The moisture content in liquor tested by the traditional analysis method (GB / T8304-2002) is correlated with the near-infrared spectrum, and the correlation algorithm of chemometrics is used to optimize...

Abstract

A disclosed method for realizing real-time monitoring on white liquor by utilizing near infrared spectrum is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a white liquor sample, concretely, collecting white liquor samples, numbering, sealing and refrigerating; (2) acquiring a near infrared spectrum, concretely, setting a standard operation procedure (SOP) and an analysis method based on Workflow, and acquiring the diffuse reflection spectrum of the white liquor samples; (3) establishing a model, concretely, establishing a mathematics model between the near infrared spectrum and data measured by the standard method by using a TQAnalyst spectrum analysis chemometrics software; (4) verifying the model, concretely, measuring a new white liquor sample on a near infrared apparatus according to a method completely same to the process of the step 2, performing prediction by using the model established in the step 4, and comparing with a result measured according to a national standard method; and (5) performing on-site detection, performing near infrared spectroscopy scanning on samples at each process in the production, measuring by using the model established in the step 4, and adjusting the on-site production conditions according to the measure result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for real-time monitoring of production, in particular to a method for realizing real-time monitoring of liquor production by using near-infrared spectrum. Background technique [0002] The chemical composition of liquor is complex. According to the national standard, in the process of liquor production and inspection, multiple index components in liquor need to be analyzed. Determination of these indicators requires complex chemical methods, such as liquid chromatography, oven, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and other instruments, and sample analysis must be carried out under laboratory conditions. It takes a few days for the test report to be available. Therefore, liquor production mainly depends on the experience of producers, and it is impossible to achieve online scientific and reliable quality control. [0003] With the development of process technology and the improvement of quality control requirements,...
