The platelet washing solution prepared from 500ml of the bicarbonate Ringer solution and 25ml of the ACD-A anticoagulant is optimal in washing effect. According to the preparation of the platelet washing solution, two solutions with permission to the clinical application at present are mixed at a certain ratio; the platelet washing solution is used for washing and preparing plasma-poor platelet; by virtue of the clinical application of the plasma-poor platelet, the untoward effects of platelet transfusion caused by plasma proteins can be solved.
