A field test method of the microfluidic chemiluminescence paper chip comprises the following steps: placing the plastic-sealed microfluidic chemiluminescence paper chips in a cassette of a palm light emitting testing instrument; dropwisely adding a sample solution to a sampling area; closing a cassette cover, and starting testing.
