No. 2 in the sequence list; the fluorescent probe has a base sequence shown as SEQ. ID. No. 3 in the sequence list; and the 5' end of the fluorescent probe is labeled with a fluorescent reporter group and the 3' end is labeled with a fluorescent quenching group.
