Problems solved by technology

However, if the nano-titanium dioxide photocatalyst is poorly dispersed in the product, it will cause agglomeration
This kind of agglomeration will directly affect the photocatalyst activity, reduce the photocatalytic ability of the product, and then lose the pollution degradation effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a corrosion-oxidation-resistant and environment-friendly waterborne coating for a glass door. The waterborne coating is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion, 43-46 parts of acrylic resin emulsion, 15-18 parts of chloride ether resin emulsion, 1-3 parts of triethylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.3-0.6 part of alkanolamine alkoxy titanate, 0.3-0.5 part of a flatting agent BYK-56, 0.2-0.4 part of polyether-modified organosilicone emulsion, 0.3-0.5 part of lauryl dimethyl amine oxide, 0.3-0.6 part of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene oleate, 0.5-1.0 part of garlic polysaccharide, 0.5-1.0 part of tea polyphenol, 3-5 parts of a modified nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalyst, 1-2 parts of a pigment and 10-15 parts of deionized water. By adding the modified nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalyst, the self-cleaning property, antifouling property, mildew resistance, air purifying property and the like of the coating are increased; and by adding the silicone acrylic emulsion, the weather resistance, water resistance, antifouling property, acid-alkali resistance, ultraviolet resistance and the like of the coating are increased. The production operation of the coating is simple and low in production cost, the coating film is non-yellowing and aging-resistant and the coating is safe and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for being used as a coating for decorating the household glass door.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention involves a coating and its preparation methods, especially a water -resistant and environmentally friendly glass door for corrosion and oxidation. Background technique [0002] Any coatings with water as a solvent or decentralized media can be called water -based coatings.Water -based coatings use water as a decentralized medium. Only a small amount of low -toxic alcohol ether organic solvents are used to safely, environmental protection, and resources to eliminate the risk of fire during construction, which is conducive to reducing air pollution.Water -based coatings are very adaptable to the surface of the material. They can also be constructed in the humid environment, and the coating has strong adhesion.Glass and glass products, due to the needs of beauty and performance, need to coat coatings on it. Glass coatings are developed from solvent type to water. They are an inevitable trend to meet the development of green environmental ...
