The invention discloses diluted low-temperature coagulation-cracking-free anti-rusting grease which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of hydraulic oil, 12-14 parts of 100SN base oil, 0.8-1 part of polymethacrylate, 3-5 parts of octadecylamine, 45-50 parts of Vaseline, 3-4 parts of calcium hydroxide, 5-6.5 parts of caprylic dicyclohexylamine, 3-5 parts of lanolin magnesium soap, 0.6-0.8 part of an antioxidant DLTP, 1-2 parts of propylene glycol monostearate and 2.5-4 parts of a protecting agent. Due to addition of multiple anti-rusting components such as caprylic acid dicyclohexylamine and lanolin magnesium soap, the anti-rusting effect is improved, the anti-rusting effect is good even if the grease is diluted; due to addition of the protecting agent, a good waterproof lubrication effect is achieved, a solid hydrophobic membrane can be formed on the surface of metal, and thus rust caused by corrosion of water and oxygen can be avoided; the anti-rusting grease disclosed by the invention has multiple applications, can be used for sealing and storing metal instruments for a long time after being diluted, and is free of coagulation cracking at low temperature.
