The degradable magnetic-permeable hot-melt adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of raw adhesive, 10-20% of magnetic-permeable powder, 0.5-1.5% of flatting agent and 0.3-0.8% of a metal deactivator, wherein based on the total weight of the raw adhesive being 100%, the raw adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40% of biodegradable polyester, 10-30% of tackifying resin and the balance of solvent capable of enabling the biodegradable polyester and the tackifying resin to form an adhesive liquid. The degradable magnetic-permeable hot-melt adhesive membrane is prepared from the degradable magnetic-permeable hot-melt adhesive.
