Problems solved by technology

Mainly there are the following reasons: the template "ginkgolic acid" is expensive, considering the cost and income, it is unreasonable to use the template "ginkgolic acid" to prepare molecularly imprinted polymers on a large scale. If general substances are used instead of ginkgolic acid, it will The selectivity of ginkgolic acid molecularly imprinted polymers to ginkgolic acid is poor, and the purity of the total ginkgo acids obtained is very low. So far, there is no cheap substance to replace ginkgolic acid, and the obtained molecularly imprinted polymers have strong selectivity , can be used for targeted enrichment of ginkgolic acid

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing and enriching ginkgolic acid from ginkgo biloba extract. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out column filling by taking a molecularly imprinted polymer of ginkgolic acid as column chromatography packing; then filling the column with a ginkgo biloba extracting solution; leaching the column with a mixed solution of cyclohexane and ethyl alcohol in a volume ratio of 10 to 1; finally, eluting the chromatographic column with alcohol so as to obtain an effluent, namely ginkgolic acid, wherein the alcohol can be of ethyl alcohol, isopropanol, n-propyl alcohol or n-butyl alcohol. A molecular imprinting technique is applied to the removal of ginkgolic acid during ginkgo biloba processing for the first time, so that compared with the traditional ginkgolic acid removal method, according to the method disclosed by the invention, ginkgolic acid with high purity is prepared while ginkgolic acid is removed by virtue of the directional enrichment effect of the molecularly imprinted-solid phase extraction column, thereby providing the source of a raw material for clinical pharmacological research on ginkgolic acid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, in particular to a method for removing and enriching ginkgolic acid from ginkgo biloba extract. Background technique [0002] Ginkgo biloba is a rare and precious tree species unique to my country. It is known as the "living fossil of the plant kingdom". It originates in my country and is listed as a national second-class protected plant. my country's ginkgo leaf resources account for 70% of the world's total, ranking first in the world. There are many studies and reports on the active ingredients of Ginkgo biloba at home and abroad. Ginkgo biloba preparations are currently one of the most widely used natural medicines in the world for adjuvant treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. They have unique curative effects and are widely used in medicines, dietary supplements, etc. . [0003] Ginkgolic acid (Ginkgolic Acids, referred to as GAs) is an...
