Abstract

The invention discloses a glass fiber cloth heat-conducting double-faced adhesive tape which is characterized by comprising a substrate (3) and heat-conducting adhesive layers (2), wherein the substrate (3) adopts a tabby glass fiber cloth layer; each heat-conducting adhesive layer (2) is formed by spreading a heat-conducting adhesive layer on one surface of the substrate by a scraper in a transfer coating mode; and the heat-conducting adhesive is a mixture of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, aluminum oxide powder, boron nitride powder, nano metal powder, nano graphite powder and a coupling agent. The adhesive tape disclosed by the invention has the advantages of favorable heat-conducting property, simple manufacturing technique and low cost.
