Abstract

An organic electroluminescent device comprises a glass substrate, an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a luminescent layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode which are successively laminated. The material of the hole injection layer is a lanthanide oxide coated with titanium dioxide. The lanthanide oxide is selected from at least one of praseodymium dioxide, praseodymium oxide, ytterbium trioxide and samarium oxide, wherein particle size of titanium dioxide is 5nm-20nm.
