Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, these liquid cathode discharge methods all have a large solution chamber, and the discharge cathode is connected to the sample through the solution in the solution chamber. The concentration, height and temperature changes in the solution are all causes of instability in the discharge circuit.

Embodiment 1

[0024] This embodiment is a portable elemental spectrometer for on-line detection of liquid samples prepared by the plasma atomizer provided by the present invention. It is mainly composed of a sample introduction and discharge system, a plasma atomization system and a spectral measurement and processing system, such as figure 1 shown.

[0025] The liquid sample to be tested can enter the plasma atomization system through the dual-channel peristaltic pump to generate discharge plasma, and the waste liquid involved in generating the plasma is discharged to the waste liquid pool by the peristaltic pump through the drain pipe. The emission spectrum generated by the discharge plasma is sequentially processed by the spectrometer, amplified by the detection system, and analyzed by the data processing system to obtain the spectral intensity of each element, thereby quantitatively analyzing the content of metal elements.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Such as image 3 Shown, a kind of atmospheric pressure glow discharge atomizer that is used for online spectroscopic measurement of metal ion in water, is different from embodiment 1:

[0032] 1. The inner diameter of the graphite electrode 4 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the sampling tube 6, that is, there is a gap between the graphite electrode 4 and the sampling tube 6, and the gap is between 0.1 mm and 1 mm. Simultaneously, the inner diameter of the upper end of the graphite electrode 4 is chamfered to form a sample collection port, and the liquid overflowing from the sampling tube flows into the gap between the graphite electrode 4 and the sampling tube 6 through the collection port at the upper end of the graphite electrode. The inner side of the graphite electrode 4 can be provided with 0 to 6 diversion grooves to ensure good contact and smooth flow of the liquid with the graphite electrode.

Abstract

The invention discloses a portable element spectrometer for online detecting a liquid sample. The portable element spectrometer comprises a sample introduction and discharging system, a plasma atomization device and a spectrum measuring system, wherein the plasma atomization device comprises a metal anode which is connected with a positive electrode of a high-voltage power supply, an auxiliary graphite electrode which is connected with a negative electrode of the high-voltage power supply, a liquid collection pool and a sample feeding pipe; the sample feeding pipe vertically runs through the waste liquid collection pool and the auxiliary graphite electrode and is arranged right below the metal anode; to-be-detected liquid containing metal elements overflows from the top end of the sample feeding pipe to be communicated with the auxiliary graphite electrode; high voltage is applied between the metal anode and the auxiliary graphite electrode to generate glow discharge plasma. The metal element spectrometer has the characteristics that the online real-time detection can be realized, the detection sensitivity is high, the power consumption is low, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of analytical chemical spectroscopic analysis, in particular to a portable elemental spectrometer for on-line detection of liquid samples. Background technique [0002] With the development and progress of industrial technology, transition metal elements, rare earth elements, actinide elements, alkali metals and alkaline earth metal elements are more and more widely used, and the pollution caused by them is also becoming more and more serious. These metal elements enter the water body through man-made pollution sources such as mining, metal smelting, chemical production wastewater and domestic garbage, as well as natural sources such as geological erosion and weathering. And other characteristics, not only pollute the water environment, but also seriously threaten the survival of human beings and aquatic organisms. [0003] With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the improvement of ...
