Problems solved by technology

The generation of a large amount of foam will occupy the processing space, reduce the processing efficiency, increase the amount of additives and resources, lead to the generation of waste and defective products, and even make the production impossible. Therefore, defoamers must be used to eliminate foam and ensure normal production.

Abstract

The invention provides a defoaming agent for printing and dyeing wastewater. The defoaming agent is obtained by stirring and emulsifying a mixture which consists of simethicone, monoglyceric stearate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose and serves as an active substance and a non-ionized surfactant, a dispersing agent and a solvent carrier which serve as auxiliary materials. The mass ratio of the simethicone, the monoglyceric stearate to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is (1-5): (1-3): (1-3); the non-ionized surfactant is a span type surfactant or a tween type surfactant; the dispersing agent is hydrophobic silica; the solvent carrier is water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water treatment agents, in particular to a defoamer, in particular to a defoamer for printing and dyeing wastewater. Background technique [0002] Printing and dyeing wastewater is the mixed wastewater of dyeing residue, rinsing water, pre-treatment (such as wool scouring, degumming, desizing, etc.) and post-finishing produced during the dyeing or printing process of fabrics. Due to the different dyes and auxiliaries used, the nature and quantity of pollutants in the production wastewater discharged by each factory are also different. Textile printing and dyeing wastewater can be divided into the following categories: wool spinning industrial wastewater, cotton spinning industrial wastewater, silk industrial wastewater and hemp spinning industrial wastewater. The requirements for cotton textile printing and dyeing defoamers are very high, and cotton textile printing and dyeing wastewater is difficult to treat. [...
