Embodiment 1

[0055] 1. After rinsing and drying 10 kg of chitosan raw materials, put them into a special microwave reactor for microwave radiation treatment. The microwave power is 1000W, the temperature is controlled at 60°C, and the reaction time is 1 hour.

[0056] 2. Add 35 liters of water into the reaction container, heat the water to 40° C.; then add 10 kg of chitosan treated with microwave radiation into the container, stir evenly to infiltrate the raw material evenly.

[0057] 3. Add 15,000 ml of hydrogen peroxide (mass concentration: 35%) solution into the chitosan infiltration solution in 4-5 times, stir while adding, and mix well. The chitosan degradation reaction starts immediately, and the temperature of the material rises slowly thereupon. During the degradation process, the temperature is controlled within 80°C. After the reaction was carried out for 4 hours, the degradation was completed and cooled to normal temperature. The undegraded chitosan residue was separated by fil...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing water-soluble chitosan oligosaccharide by adopting ultrafiltration and nanofiltration. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a chitosan oligosaccharide solution by using microwave hydrogen peroxide to perform compound degradation on chitosan; (2) separating out an active oligosaccharide concentrated solution by adopting an ultrafiltration and nanofiltration separation technology; (3) performing spray drying to obtain a chitosan oligosaccharide powder finished product. According to the method provided by the invention, the integrated production of reaction and separation of the finished product is realized, and the secondary degradation of active oligosaccharide is prevented. As the process realizes continuous operation, no other reaction byproducts are generated in the production process, and no pollutants are produced; compared with the preparation method in the prior art, the method has the advantages of advanced production process, simple generation process steps, low investment in production facilities, low cost, environmental friendliness, energy saving, and capability of rapidly realizing industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water-soluble chitosan oligosaccharides, in particular to a method for preparing water-soluble chitosan oligosaccharides by ultrafiltration and nanofiltration. Background technique [0002] Chitosan oligosaccharide, also known as chitosan oligosaccharide, is a natural high-activity animal cellulose product made from chitosan obtained after deacetylation of chitin through high-tech degradation and separation methods. Due to its unique pharmacological effects and the resulting broad market application prospects, it has attracted more and more attention. [0003] Chitin is a pure natural polymer compound that widely exists in crustaceans such as shrimps and crabs, insects, and algae. Its annual biosynthetic resources are as high as 10 billion tons, of which the production of marine organisms is about 10 It is the second largest inexhaustible natural biological resource after plant fiber on the earth. The application...
