Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides and particularly relates to application of starch as pesticide padding. When the starch is used as padding, the starch can be mixed with pesticide active components to obtain the following solid formulations: wettable powder, soluble powder, soluble granules, water dispersible granules or granules. Particularly, when the starch is prepared into molluscicidal granules, metaldehyde and carbaryl are used as the pesticide active components and the effect of the starch is obviously better than that of other padding. According to the application, the starch is used as the padding in a pesticide formulation; different from regular kaolin or light calcium, the starch has a better environment-friendly effect, does not cause the pollution to environment, is safe to human and livestock and has good environment compatibility; the starch has a certain bonding property so that a bonding agent is not added when the starch is used as the padding of the soluble granules, the water dispersible granules or the granules.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and in particular relates to the application of starch as a pesticide filler. Background technique [0002] Starch is a carbohydrate that occurs naturally in all plants, especially in plant seeds, roots and tubers, where it acts as a store of nutrients for the new growing season. Starch is a glucose polymer, and starch can be regarded as a high polymer of glucose. In addition to food, starch is used industrially to make dextrin, maltose, glucose, alcohol, etc. It is also used to prepare printing paste, sizing of textiles, gluing of paper, and pressing of pharmaceutical tablets. It can be extracted from starchy substances such as corn, cassava, sweet potato, wild acorns and kudzu. [0003] In the processing and application of pesticide formulations, it is often necessary to add various adjuvants. Although the adjuvants themselves generally have no biological activity, they are indispensable a...
