Abstract

The invention discloses an industrialized synthesis method of a high-heat-stability blocked polyether sulfone resin, which comprises the following steps: in a reaction kettle in a nitrogen protective atmosphere, adding a sulfolane solvent, heating to 60-80 DEG C while stirring, sequentially adding a water diversion agent, continuing heating to 200-210 DEG C while stirring, and carrying out salifying reaction for 1-2 hours; after the salifying reaction is finished, heating to 220-240 DEG C, carrying out constant-temperature polymerization reaction for 1-2 hours, adding a blocking agent, and continuing the reaction for 10-30 minutes to obtain a polymerization slurry; and cooling the polymerization slurry, pulverizing into powder, filtering, boiling and washing with deionized water to remove the solvent and byproduct salts, and drying to obtain the polyether sulfone resin. After adding the blocking agent, the polyether sulfone resin has favorable blocking effect, the system does not have the phenomenon of depolymerization, and the obtained blocked polyether sulfone resin has high heat stability; and the technique can greatly shorten the reaction time and enhance the productivity.
