specific Embodiment approach 1

[0030] Specific embodiment one: In this embodiment, a method for microwave hydrothermal synthesis of zinc oxide nanostructure modified wood is realized according to the following steps:

[0031] 1. Stir the zinc acetate-alcohol solution and the sodium hydroxide-alcohol solution evenly to obtain a ZnO seed crystal colloidal solution; wherein the molar ratio of zinc acetate and sodium hydroxide is 1:1 to 5;

[0032] 2. Soak the wood in the ZnO seed crystal colloid solution prepared in step 1 and keep it for 6-48 hours, then dry the wood, repeat soaking-drying 1-5 times, and obtain the wood with ZnO seed crystals growing on the surface;

[0033]3. Mix the zinc salt aqueous solution and the ammonia source aqueous solution at a ratio of 1:1 to 5 in the molar ratio of the zinc salt to the ammonia source to obtain a blend solution, wherein the molar concentration of the zinc salt is 0.005 to 0.1mol / L; The mixed liquid was ultrasonically dispersed for 5-30 minutes, and then the blende...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0034] Specific embodiment two: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is that the alcohol described in step one is absolute ethanol (analytically pure). Others are the same as in Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0035] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and one of specific embodiments one to two is that the molar ratio of zinc acetate and sodium hydroxide described in step one is 1:1-3. Others are the same as one of the specific embodiments 1 to 2.

Abstract

A microwave hydro-thermal synthesis method of a zinc oxide nanostructure modified timber relates to a timber modification method by a nano-material. The invention solves the problems of long hydro-thermal time and high hydro-thermal temperature in a hydro-thermal synthesis method for preparing a nanoparticle protective layer on the timber surface in the prior art. The method provided by the invention is as below: 1, preparing a ZnO seed colloidal solution; 2, preparing a timber with ZnO seeds growing on the surface; and 3, placing the timber prepared in the step 2 into an aqueous solution mixed from zinc salt and an ammonia source for a microwave hydro-thermal reaction, so as to complete preparation of the zinc oxide nanostructure modified timber through microwave hydro-thermal synthesis. The invention employs the microwave hydro-thermal synthesis method to prepare nanometer zinc oxide on the timber surface. In the preparation process, the microwave radiation power is 1000-1500 W, and the hydro-thermal time is 10-90 min, and the hydro-thermal temperature is 40-120 DEG C. The method makes the synthesis technology of the nanoparticle protective layer on the timber surface simple and practicable. The invention can be applied to the field of functional improvement on timber.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for modifying wood with nanometer materials. Background technique [0002] The introduction of nanotechnology into the field of wood functional improvement research has been a hot topic in recent years. Using the properties of volume effect and surface effect of nanomaterial particles, the rigidity, dimensional stability and thermal stability of inorganic substances are related to the toughness and toughness of wood. The combination of workability, dielectric properties and unique environmental properties can give wood new functions. Nano-zinc oxide has a wide energy gap (3.37eV) and high exciton binding energy (60meV), which determines its high ability to absorb ultraviolet light. The holes are paired, and it has redox properties at the same time, so nano-zinc oxide can be used for photocatalytic degradation and antibacterial applications. [0003] Common composite methods of nanoparticles and wood include sol-gel m...
