According to the method disclosed by the invention, pollutants such as Ni and P in the chemical nickel-plating waste liquid can be adsorbed in situ during the preparation process for the GO / NiAl-LDHs composite material; the recovery rates of the nickel element and the phosphorus element in the chemical nickel-plating waste liquid achieve more than 93% and 90% respectively; and the decrease rate of chemical oxygen demand achieves more than 90%.
