The preparation method of the nanoscale water-based pigment dispersing liquid for ink jet comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the deionized water, the dispersing agent and the acid-base regulator; adding the pigment; dispersing at high speed; and grinding circularly to obtain the nanoscale water-based pigment dispersing liquid for ink jet. Compared with the prior art, the nanoscale water-based pigment dispersing liquid for ink jet obtained by high-speed dispersion and grinding can be placed at high temperature, low temperature and room temperature for a long time, has low viscosity, achieves an excellent testing effect on an ink-jet printer and is stored stably.
