Embodiment 1

[0057] 30Kg of the whole herb of Salicornia chinensis was extracted three times with 80% ethanol under reflux, the dosage was 200 liters, each time for 3 days, concentrated and combined into a concentrated solution without alcohol smell to obtain the total extract. Then sequentially extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. The n-butanol extract was separated by column chromatography to obtain 2.4 g of salicordin B. (see attached Figure 9 )

Abstract

The present invention relates to a new nortriterpenoid saponin compound, a preparation method and uses thereof, and belongs to the field of natural pharmaceutical chemistry, wherein a chemical method adopting water or an organic solvent is adopted to extract, separate and purify the whole plant of salicornia bigelovii torr to obtain a new nortriterpenoid compound, which is named salicornia bigelovii torr saponin B. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the compound and uses of the compound in the medicine field, particularly in preparation of anti-tumor and anti-inflammation drugs.
