The composition is prepared from the following components: a phase 1: cyclomethicone, BENTONE MIO V, tridecyl trimellitate, UV-TITANM262, neopentyl glycol caprylate / dicaprate, HOMBITAN AC360, hydrogenated polyisobutene, mica, vaseline, CI77492, white oil, CI77491, polydimethylsiloxane, CI77499, ABIL EM90, CI77489, sorbitan sesquioleate and essence; a phase 2: deionized water, polyethylene glycol-8, butylene glycol and propylene glycol; and a phase 3: common salt, a peony root extractive, DMDM hydantoins / iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, a bermuda lily extractive, a Saussurea involucrata extractive and a pearl powder. The preparation method is as below: adding the phase 1 into a container for mixing, heating to 50 DEG C, homogenizing and stirring for dissolution; adding the phase 2 into the phase 1 and stirring uniformly; and adding the phase 3, stirring uniformly and discharging. The composition can cover flaw for a long term, uniform skin color, refresh the skin and make the skin show the pink of health.
