Abstract

The invention discloses a method for relieving heat stress of black-bone chicken. According to the method, a heat stress resistant feed additive which is obtained by orderly mixing resveratrol, buckwheat protein powder and corn starch in order according to the proportion of mass parts being (100-300):(300-200):(600-500) is added into a feed; and the application method is as follows: the feed additive and a chicken compound feed or a diet are mixed according to the proportion of mass parts being (0.5-2):1000. According to the method, production efficiency of the black-bone chicken in the heat stress stage can be improved, food intake amount, daily gain and dressing percentage are increased, and immunocompetence and antioxidant function are enhanced so as to improve the heat stress resistance capacity of the black-bone chicken. The resveratrol can be used as an additive for promoting growth and resisting heat stress, and simultaneously the method is rich in raw material resources, controllable in production cost, strong in market demand, and suitable for industrialized development and production.
