Problems solved by technology

Although the biopulping technology is also used in the prior art, the commonly used biological bacteria are white rot fungi or actinomycetes. Although they have been improved compared to the traditional chemical pulping technology, they still have long reaction time and produce Due to the defects of low fiber purity and low yield, it is difficult to apply to actual production

[0032] The biological flora used in the present invention has been preserved on April 6, 2012 at the General Microbiology Center (CGMCC, No. 3, No. 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing) of the China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee, and the preservation number is Bacillus sp. of CGMCC No.5971, Pseudomonas fluorescens of CGMCC No.5974, and Wickerhamomyces anomalus of CGMCC No.5975.

[0033] The above-mentioned composite bacteria group is configured into a composite bacteria aqueous solution according to the following mass ratio, which is the bacterial solution:

[0034] Bacillus: Pseudomonas fluorescens: Wickerhamomyces anomalus: 1-3:1-2:2-3; the density of the formed bacterial liquid is more than 60 million bacteria / ml, for later use.

Embodiment 2

[0035] Example 2 Pulping of woody raw materials with biological bacteria liquid

[0036] Caragana is used as raw material, and the pulping method of biological bacteria liquid when woody raw materials are used is specifically described. The biopulping method of other woody raw materials, such as poplar and eucalyptus, can be carried out with reference to this process. Wherein when using caragana, the composite flora is configured according to the following mass ratio: Bacillus: Pseudomonas fluorescens: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 3:2:2; when poplar is used, the composite flora is configured according to the following mass ratio: spore Bacillus: Pseudomonas fluorescens: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 3:2:2; when eucalyptus is used, the composite flora is configured according to the following mass ratio: Bacillus: Pseudomonas fluorescens: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 2:2:3.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a composite flora and a pulping method by using a biological bacterial liquid of the composite flora. The composite flora comprises bacillus sp. with a preservation number of CGMCC No.5971, pseudomonas fluorescens with a preservation number of CGMCC No.5974, and Wickerhamomyces anomalus with a preservation number of CGMCC No.5975. The method mainly comprises: preparing a bacterial liquid; treating raw materials; and pulping, wherein pulping comprises: fiber kneading or squeezing rolling, biodegradation, steam sterilization, crude pulp grinding, fine pulp grinding, pulp material screening, soaking, and pulp washing. The paper board prepared by using the pulping method can achieve a level of more than an AA grade. In addition, waste liquid generated during a pulping process can be recycled or converted into biogas or an organic fertilizer adopted as an energy source so as to provide advantages of energy source saving and environment protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pulping method of biological bacterial liquid, in particular to a composite bacterial group and a pulping method of biological bacterial liquid. Background technique [0002] Pulping technology is the process of degrading (or dissociating) raw materials such as plant straws, branches, and trunks to remove lignin and pectin and other substances to obtain fibrous substances. Fiber is the main component of papermaking. [0003] In the pulping process, to separate the fibers, the non-fibrous substances must be dissolved first, and the fiber is the purpose of pulping. [0004] According to the current situation of China's pulping industry, chemical pulp is mainly used in production, and the waste liquid generated in chemical pulp production pollutes the environment, destroys land, and pollutes the air; a large amount of sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) is added to pulping ), chemical harmful elements are also used in the bleachin...
