Abstract

A biocontrol strain KMXU28 for controlling paris rhizome root rot and a biocontrol agent thereof belong to the technical field of bio-pesticides. The accession number of strain KMXU28 is CGMCC NO. 6594. The biocontrol agent is obtained by the following steps: transplanting strain KMXU28 into a tube for activation by using one-inoculating loop of the strain to culture at 28 DEG C for 48 hours; transplanting activated bacterial lawn into 600ml LB culture medium contained in a 1000ml conical flask to culture under the conditions of 120 r / min, 28 DEG C for 72 hours to obtain a fermentation broth; incubating the fermentation broth in LB medium in a seed tank for fermentation culture at a ratio of 1:200, the temperature of the seed tank being 30-32 DEG C, and obtaining strain used for fermentation after fermentation for 16-18 hours; incubating the strain used for fermentation in a fermentation tank at a ratio of 1:20 for fermentation culture at a temperature of 30-32 DEG C for 72-96 hours, and saving the obtained material as a biocontrol bacteria solution; and centrifuging the biocontrol bacteria solution at 5000rpm for 6 min, to prepare an active bacterial agent with a preservation solution at 1:50 (g / ml).
