The carbon fiber sizing agent is prepared through the following steps of: firstly, uniformly mixing the phenolic resin and the blend resin, adding a solvent accounting for 10-20% of the total amount of the solvent, enabling the resin to be dissolved in the solvent, and stirring the obtained mixture into a homogeneous solution at room temperature; and then, adding the antistatic agent into the homogeneous solution, stirring the obtained mixture so as to dissolve the antistatic agent, adding the rest of the solvent, and mixing the obtained product so as to obtain an integral solution, thereby obtaining the carbon fiber sizing agent.
