Publication No. is CN86104368A, CN1167853A, CN1206761A, CN1537830A and other patents have also proposed the technical scheme and method of pulping black liquor production fertilizer, but because contain a large amount of sodium ion, sulfide, anthraquinone etc. in the common pulping black liquor Substances that are unfavorable to plant growth, excessive application will cause soil salinization, resulting in soil compaction, high cost of acid neutralization, and strong odor, so far it has not been widely used as a fertilizer; in the existing pulping process, it is directly used Pulping with potassium hydroxide instead of sodium hydroxide can solve the above problems, but due to the high price and large amount of potassium hydroxide used, it is difficult to pass the cost barrier, and it has not been promoted so far.

Embodiment 1

[0014] The fertilizer made by the above method is used alone. The corn pot experiment showed that the fertilizer effect was significant at the appropriate application rate (50mgN / kg soil). 0 Compared with the treatment of potassium pulping black liquor and sodium pulping black liquor, the increase of corn biomass was more than 50%.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Combining pulping black liquor with nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers to develop organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. Fertilizer efficiency tests on wheat pots showed that both potassium pulping black liquor and sodium pulping black liquor could be used as organic potassium fertilizers. 0 Compared with the control, the biomass of wheat increased significantly, and the highest increase was 22.06%. In the case of the same potassium application rate, the effect of potassium fertilizer on sodium pulping black liquor is better than that of potassium pulping black liquor, but the application amount of sodium pulping black liquor is about 6 times that of potassium pulping black liquor. There was no significant difference in potassium fertilizer efficiency before and after lignin extraction from pulping black liquor.

Embodiment 3

[0024] Combining pulping black liquor with nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers to develop organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. Experiments in cabbage greenhouse plots show that the potassium fertilization effect of black liquor pulping by potassium method is better than that of inorganic potassium fertilizer, and it has a certain effect of releasing phosphorus. Under the same application amount of N and P, compared with the inorganic potassium fertilizer CK, the yield of cabbage treated with potassium pulping black liquor increased significantly, up to 11.2% (Table 3). Under the same application amount of N and K, the yield of Chinese cabbage increased significantly in the potassium pulping black liquor group without application of phosphorus fertilizer or less application of phosphorus fertilizer.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for co-producing an organic fertilizer source by utilizing a novel chemical pulping technology, characterized in that: a new technology alkaline pulping black liquor has a high content of potassium, contains no sulfide, anthraquinone, etc., and simultaneously contains humic acid, lignin and other organic matters which are helpful for raising the physical and chemical property of soil. A lot of plant cultivation tests show that: after being subject to pH adjustment, the new technology pulping black liquor can be directly used as a potassium-containing organic fertilizer or an organic-inorganic compound fertilizer or be used as a potassium-containing organic fertilizer or an organic-inorganic compound fertilizer after lignin is extracted or being condensed in a solid state, and the effect is significant; a proper amount of the new technology pulping black liquor has no side effect to plant growth, is beneficial for plant growth, has a fertilizer efficiency as much as that of an inorganic potash fertilizer, and simultaneously has the effect of releasing phosphor and saving fertilizer. The new technology pulping black liquor can be individually applied, or be applied with inorganic fertilizers, or be compounded with weathered coal, fiber, etc. The invention provides a method for the green utilization of the new technology pulping black liquor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for co-producing potassium-containing organic fertilizer sources by using a new chemical pulping process, and belongs to the fields of full-price development of plants and utilization of three wastes as resources. Background technique [0002] The paper industry is one of the six most polluting industries in the world. At present, my country's paper industry discharges 4 billion tons of wastewater every year, accounting for 1 / 6 of the country's industrial wastewater discharge; organic pollutants (in terms of BOD) in the discharged wastewater reach 1.7 million tons, accounting for about 1.7 million tons of organic pollutants in the country's industrial wastewater. 1 / 4 of the total; COD is 2.877 million tons, accounting for about 1 / 2 of the national COD emissions. The pollution load of alkaline pulping waste liquid accounts for about 90% of the total pollution load of pulp and paper production line wastewater. [0003] ...
