The preparation method of the nitroimidazole oculentum comprises the following steps: heating and melting anhydrous lanolin and albolene, filtering and drying for sterilization; drying liquid paraffin for sterilization; putting metronidazole or tinidazole in a mortar, adding a part of the dried and sterilized iquid paraffin into the mortar, and grinding into fine paste; adding a part of the sterilized oculentum matrix to the paste and uniformly grinding; then adding the rest oculentum matrix and/or other auxiliary materials gradually while grinding, so as to reach the total amount; and finally carrying out sterile subpackage to obtain the nitroimidazole oculentum.
