[0077] Single drug and mixed extract with variable drug composition at 50% EtOH / H 2 In O (v / v, about 1 g of plant material for 20 ml of solvent), extract at room temperature for 24 hours while stirring. 1.6 ml of the extract was mixed with 320 μl 25% HCl (equivalent to 8.1 mol / L) and 80 μl 50% EtOH, and hydrolyzed at 90° C. for 45 minutes.
