Abstract

The invention discloses an insecticidal composition containing cycloxaprid and a pyrazole insecticide. The active ingredients of the insecticidal composition are a first active ingredient cycloxaprid and a second active ingredient pyrazole insecticide which is selected from Fipronilm, butene-fipronil and Ethiprole, and the weight ratio of the first active ingredient to the second active ingredient is (1:20)-(20:1). The composition disclosed by the invention can be prepared into preparation formulation acceptable agriculturally such as a flowable concentrate for seed coating, a seed treatment dispersible powder, a seed treatment dispersible granule. The composition has reasonable components, good insecticidal effect, low application cost, and the activity and the insecticidal effect of theinsecticidal composition are not the simple superposition of the activities of the components; compared with the conventional single preparation, besides the obvious insecticidal effect, the composition has obvious synergistic action and good safety, accords with the safety requirement of the insecticide preparation, and has good preventing and controlling effect on subterranean pests of crops.
