Abstract

The present invention relates to a comprehensive extraction method for platycodin and platycodon grandiflorum polysaccharide. According to the method, platycodon grandiflorum is sequentially subjected to treatments of beating, ultrasonic extraction, filtration, and centrifugation; the resulting clarified solution is subjected to ultrafiltration; the resulting supernatant is subjected to ultrafiltration by a ultrafiltration device to obtain a permeating solution and a retention solution; the permeating solution is loaded on macroporous resin, and an elution treatment is performed by ethanol; the resulting eluent is subjected to vacuum concentration and drying to obtain the platycodin powder; the retention solution is subjected to vacuum concentration, then ethanol is added to the resulting concentrated solution; treatments of standing, precipitation collecting, water reconstituting, freeze drying are performed to obtain the platycodon grandiflorum polysaccharide powder. With the present invention, the yield of the method is high, the comprehensive utilization of the raw materials is achieved, and the cost is low.
