The general white master batch is made from the following components of: by weight, 16-23% of a carrier resin; 50-75% of a pigment; 0-3% of a processing aid; 0-2.5% of a heat stabilizer; 4-7% of a dispersant; 0.1-3% of a coupling agent; and 0-40% of a filler. The general white master batch has good dispersibility and high whiteness, can be used for the coloring of a plurality of plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, high impact polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrol copolymer and the like, and has good compatibility with the colored plastics. Final products have no flow feeder liner, have high whiteness and have excellent impact performance. The general white master batch is especially applicable for white household electrical appliances which have high requirements on whiteness and surface glossiness.
