Embodiment 1

[0058] Example 1: Detect the fingerprints of jelly jelly

[0059] 1. Instruments and reagents

[0060] 1.1 Instrument One hundred thousandth electronic balance (Sartorius CP225D, German company Sartorius); Diane P580 high-performance liquid chromatography: P580 Pump, ASI-100 Automated Sample Injector, PDA-100 Photodiode Array Detector), Chromeleon chromatography workstation; universities Liquid phase column: Dikma Diamonsil C 18(2) column (250×4.6mm, 5μm).

[0061] 1.2 Reagents Caffeic acid reference substance; acetonitrile (chromatographically pure), formic acid (analytical pure), ultrapure water.

[0062] 2. High performance liquid chromatography

[0063] 2.1 Chromatographic conditions: The chromatographic column is filled with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel; the mobile phase is a gradient eluent composed of 2% formic acid and acetonitrile; the column temperature is 25°C; the detection wavelength is 320nm; the flow rate is 0.8mL min -1 ; Analysis time is 95min. Embodiment 2

[0070] Embodiment Two: Detect the fingerprints of 10 batches of herbal jelly

[0071] Get 10 batches of jelly herbal medicinal materials, detect by the conditions of Example 1, get the HPLC collection of illustrative plates of 10 batches of samples, as figure 2 shown. Through the comparison of 10 batches of HPLC chromatograms, the similarity evaluation is carried out, and the characteristic common peaks are determined:

[0072] There are 10 common peaks in the fingerprint spectrum. The retention time of the spectrum, the average value of the peak area and the total peak area are summarized as follows:

[0073] For peak No. 1, the average retention time RT was 15.58min, the RSD was 0.03%, the peak area was 448.251, and the RSD was 57.12%, accounting for 4.98% of the total peak area.

[0074] For peak No. 2, the average retention time RT is 27.63min, the RSD is 0.03%, the peak area is 968.365, and the RSD is 41.74%, accounting for 10.76% of the total peak area.

Abstract

The invention discloses an establishment of a mesona blume medicinal material finger print, and a finger print thereof, and relates to a quality control method for traditional Chinese medicinal materials, specifically relates to a method for detecting an extracting solution of the mesona blume medicinal material through establishing HPLC finger print. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a reference substance solution; preparing a tested sample solution; adopting octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica gel as a filling for a chromatographic column; adopting gradient elution, wherein a mobile phase is a gradient eluent comprising 1.0-3.0% of formic acid and acetonitrile, a column temperature is 20-40 DEG C, an ultraviolet detection wavelength is 300-360 nm, a detection time is 90-120 minutes; carrying out high performance liquid chromatography to detect the finger print. According to the present invention, the quality of the mesona blume medicinal material can be effectively characterized so as to monitor the quality of the medicinal material; the method has characteristics of simplicity, stability, high precision, good reproducibility, and the authenticity of the medicinal material can be quickly and accurately identified.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a quality control method of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, in particular to a construction method and a standard fingerprint of jelly herbal medicinal materials by high-performance liquid chromatography. Background technique [0002] jelly grass ( Mesona Blume ), also known as fairy grass, fairy grass, fairy jelly, and firewood, is an annual herb of the Lamiaceae genus Xiancao. There are currently three species in China, namely M. chinensis Benth, M. paruifsota (Benth) Brea, M. procum-bens Hemsl , distributed in my country's Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Hainan, Zhejiang, Taiwan, and Yunnan, and other countries such as India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Jelly jelly can be used as medicine, according to the records of "Materia Medica Seeking the Original", the jelly jelly clears summer heat, relieves Tibetan house knot heat poison, and controls alcoholism. It can cure heat stroke, arthritis, high blood pressu...
