specific Embodiment approach 1

[0008] Specific embodiment one: a kind of processing method of the raw material that utilizes corn cob to cultivate black fungus in this embodiment is realized by the following steps: 1. Weigh 44% to 59.5% of sawdust and 30% to 40% of corn by mass percentage cob, 8% to 12% of wheat bran, 1.5% to 2.5% of soybean flour and 1% to 1.5% of lime; 2. The corn cob weighed in step 1 is crushed to a particle size of 0.5cm to 0.8cm to obtain Corncob particles; 3. The mass ratio of the corncob particles and water obtained in step 2 is 1: 1. Weigh water, then add the lime weighed in step 1 into the water, stir evenly, and then add it to the corncob particles and mix evenly , to obtain the processed corncob particles; 4. Mix the processed corncob particles obtained in step 3, the sawdust, wheat bran and soybean flour weighed in step 1 to obtain a mixture, and then adjust the water content of the mixture to 63% ~68%, simmer for 2h~3h to obtain the culture medium; 5. bag the culture medium ob...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0010] Specific embodiment two: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is that in step one, 46.2% to 57.3% of sawdust, 31% to 39% of corncobs, and 9% to 11% of wheat bran are weighed in step one , 1.6% to 2.4% of soybean flour and 1.1% to 1.4% of lime. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0011] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is that in step one, 51.8% wood chips, 35% corncobs, 10% wheat bran, 2% bean flour and 1.2% of lime. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

Abstract

A processing method of raw material of cultivating black fungus by using corn cob, relates to a processing method of raw material of cultivating black fungus, solves the problem of low output caused by high production pollution rate in the present cultivation of black fungus by using corn cob as raw material. The method comprises the following steps: weighing 44-59.5wt% of saw dust, 30-40wt% of corn cob, 8-12wt% of wheat bran, 1.5-2.5 wt% of bean powder and 1-1.5wt% of lime; then crushing corn cob, adding water and lime with stirring uniformly, mixing with saw dust, wheat bran and bean powder, adjusting water content, then packaging, carrying out a normal pressure sterilization to complete the process. According to the invention, by adding lime in the pretreatment of corn cob, rancidity and contamination are prevented, by utilizing the normal pressure sterilization, production pollution is reduced effectively, and compared with the present method of cultivating black fungus, the yield of black fungus raises by 10%. The method is suitable for cultivating black fungus.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a processing method of raw materials for cultivating black fungus. Background technique [0002] As a kind of wood-rot fungus, black fungus has been using wood fragments, wood chips and other forestry waste as the main raw materials for production since the successful domestication, and a large amount of wood is used for the production of black fungus. With the expansion of production scale and the implementation of "Natural Protection Project", the lack of raw materials for the production of black fungus has seriously restricted the development of the industry. [0003] Some new production raw materials are used in the production of edible fungi, such as using cottonseed hulls, straw, corncobs, corn stalks and other crop waste to achieve good results in the production of oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, Hericium erinaceus, and Pleurotus eryngii . Among them, corn cob is rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. The corn...
