The catalyst comprises a composite metal oxide which is expressed by the following general formula: (Mo12BiaFebCocCudCseVfNbiWjPbk): n carriers. The catalyst disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high activity, high methylacrolein selectivity, high yield and the like.
