Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating leveling waste liquor. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding 6,000 to 8,000mg of iron salt into each liter of leveling waste liquor, rapidly mixing for 0.5 to 2 minutes to fully mix the iron salt and the waste liquor, reacting for 10 to 30 minutes, settling for 0.5 to 2 hours, and performing solid-liquid separation; (2) diluting effluent obtain in the step (1) until the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the effluent is 1,000 to 2,000mg / L, and adding the effluent into a hydrolytic acidification reactor with the hydraulic retention time of 12 to 24 hours; and (3) adding the effluent obtained in the step (2) into an oxic membrane bioreactor with the hydraulic retention time of 24 to 48 hours. The leveling waste liquor is treated bythe method, so that the effluent after the treatment can reach the national emission standard, the problem of treatment of the leveling waste liquor is effectively solved, a novel process for treating the leveling waste liquor is opened up, and the method has good environmental and social benefits.
