Abstract

The invention discloses an inflaming-retarding antifouling non-woven decorative material and a manufacturing method thereof. The inflaming-retarding antifouling non-woven decorative material is manufactured by using a waste material namely spun polyester fiber as a raw material, reinforcing the raw material into a non-woven base material through opening, mixing, carding, lapping, stitch knitting or prickling, and performing after finishing and dyeing processing on the base material. The after finishing process adopts a three-soaking and three-rolling mode, and finishing liquor is prepared from the following raw materials in proportion: (1) first soaking finishing liquor, which comprises 1 to 3 percent of alkylphenol ethoxylates and the balance of water; (2) second soaking finishing liquor, which comprises 2 to 10 percent of modified butadiene-acrylonitrile emulsion, 5 to 10 percent of FR-32 flame retardant (phosphates), 10 to 20 percent of nano-silver antimicrobial agent, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of non-azo heavy metal-free organic and inorganic pigments, and the balance of water; and (3) third soaking finishing liquor, which comprises 5 percent of 175 drying agent (perfluoro-acrylate copolymer) and the balance of water. The method has the following advantages that: the material has high inflaming-retarding and antifouling performance, good damp-proof and mould proofing effects andsoft handfeel, and simultaneously the method can endow the material with magnificent colors or patterns with different styles; besides, the production process flow is short, the operation is simple, the efficiency is high, and the product cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonwoven material, in particular to a method for manufacturing a flame-retardant and antifouling decorative material. Background technique [0002] The number and death rate of fires caused by textiles are higher than those caused by other causes, and the number of fires caused by textiles is also increasing in countries all over the world. In recent years, there have been 30,000 to 40,000 fires every year in China. The combustion characteristics of non-woven decorative materials (such as curtains, door curtains, screens, tablecloths, mattresses, wall coverings, sofa covers, etc.) are one of the important characteristic indicators that people pay attention to. [0003] Domestic flame-retardant textiles are mainly divided into two categories: one is the additive type, that is, the flame retardant is mixed with the spinning stock solution or the flame retardant is added to the polymer, and then the f...
