Abstract

The production technology comprises the following steps: 1) using NMN composite insulation paper to cover an insulation layer outside the stainless steel pipe of an exciter, binding one layer of mica tape outside NMN, tightly binding a heat-shrinkable belt to the outside of the mica tape; 2) binding 5-15 layers of polyester inferior amine lacquered wires outside the heat-shrinkable belt, wherein one layer of imine film is placed between each two adjacent polyester inferior amine lacquered wires and one layer of alkali-free glass tape is covered outside the outermost polyester inferior amine lacquered wires; 3) distributing three sections of coils outside the stainless steel pipe of the exciter, electrically connecting the coils in series, sleeving varnished cloth pipes outside the series wires of the coils, placing a sensistor on the outer layer of the middle coil to obtain a semi-finished product; and 4) soaking the entire semi-finished product in ET-90A insulating varnish once, wherein varnish is avoided to enter in the stainless steel pipe of the exciter during soaking.
