The embodiment of the invention discloses a load information interaction method comprising the following steps of: sending the load information of a cell managed by an access network node and the identifications of target cells positioned in other systems to a top management node by the access network node of a first system; and receiving the information returned by the top management node, wherein the information carries the load information of the target cells.
