The method comprises steps: a cloud AC selects a first AP (Access Pointer) from multiple APs, the first AP serves as the main AP, slave APs corresponding to the main AP are determined according to the main AP, and the slave APs comprise a firs slave AP; the main AP receives link request information sent by the first slave AP; the main AP carried out judgment according to the signal strength of the first slave AP and load terminals; if the signal strength of the first slave AP exceeds a preset threshold or the load terminal number is in an unsaturated state, link success response information is sent to the first slave AP; and if the signal strength of the first slave AP does not exceed the preset threshold or the load terminal number is in a saturated state, link request denial information is sent to the first slave AP.
