The chip is a DNA chip which fixes at least 16 DNA fragment arrays on a carrier surface, wherein the nucleotide sequences of the 16 DNA fragment arrays are sequences 1 to 16 in the sequence table, respectively. The method analyzes the nucleotide sequences of the cucumovirus by bioinformatics method, designs compatible probes for the cucumovirus, and by standard virus source verification, establishes a set of chip-based screening technical system of emerging viruses of the cucumovirus in the world, and effectively overcomes the defects of the existing monitoring methods, thus strengthening the ability of early warning the emerging viruses of the cucumovirus.
