The invention relates to a medical surgical clamp matched with an endoscope, in particular to a visible surgical clamp with an endoscope sheath used for taking the intrauterine device out from the uterus. The existing visible surgical clamp is used in the birth control surgery, for example in the surgery to take the intrauterine device out from the uterus with the endoscope. Due to the easy bleeding of the endometrium tissue, the lens of the endoscope is easily contaminated to dim the surgery view, and the device is inserted in and taken out repeatedly for flashing, therefore the surgery time is prolonged and the operation is complicated. After the improvement, the groove formed after the side by side arrangement of the endoscope sheath and the drive rod is also fixed with two flush pipes 15 and 17, wherein the open of one flush pipe faces the open of the endoscope sheath 10, and the open of the other flush pipe faces a clamp head 6. A surgical cannula is provided, and the water nozzle on the surgical cannula is communicated with a negative pressure source to absorb and remove the water of flushing. The improved surgical clamp provides clear surgery view, has compact integral structure and convenient operation, and can shorten the surgery time.
