The preparation process includes soaking the active carrier gamma-Al2O3 in the immersion liquid with ammonium molybdate in 7+ / -0.1 wt%, soluble cobalt salt in 1.2+ / -0.1 % accounting in CoO, redox matter in 1-15 wt%, and ammonia water in 1-5 wt%, and stoving after soaking. The counterpoison can protect the activity of Co-Mo catalyst for the sulfur resisting conversion of CO to ensure the normal operation of the catalyst.
