Embodiment 1

[0030] 1) Calcining commercially available hydrotalcite at a temperature of 450° C. to obtain a bimetallic oxide, then grinding to 500 mesh, adding water and stirring evenly to prepare a suspension slurry with a concentration of 10%;

[0031] 2) Slowly add sodium sulfate, whose molar number is twice that of the double metal oxide, into the suspension slurry in step 1) under stirring, and react at room temperature for 15 hours;

[0032] 3) centrifugal dehydration of the suspension slurry in step 2);

[0033] 4) Drying and crushing the filter cake obtained in step 3) to 300 mesh to obtain a sulfur replenishing agent for controlled and slow-release sulfur. Sulfate accounts for 100% of the total amount of anions in the hydrotalcite interlayer.

Embodiment 2

[0035] 1) Grinding commercially available hydrotalcite to 400 mesh, adding water and stirring evenly to make a suspension slurry with a concentration of 4%;

[0036] 2) Potassium sulfate, whose molar number is 2 times that of hydrotalcite, is slowly added to the suspension slurry in step 1) under stirring, and reacted at room temperature for 10 hours;

[0037] 3) the suspension slurry in step 2) is filtered and dehydrated;

[0038] 4) Drying and crushing the filter cake obtained in step 3) to 500 mesh to obtain a sulfur replenishing agent for controlled and slow-release sulfur. Sulfate accounts for 85% of the total anions in the hydrotalcite interlayer.

Embodiment 3

[0040] Preparation: hydrotalcite was prepared according to the method of "hydrothermal synthesis of magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite" (Xie Hui, Jiao Qingze, Duan Xue. Applied Chemistry, 2001, 18: 70-72).

[0041] 1) calcining the hydrotalcite obtained in the preparatory step at a temperature of 550° C. to obtain a bimetallic oxide, then grinding to 600 mesh, adding water and stirring evenly to prepare a suspension slurry with a concentration of 5%;

[0042] 2) Sodium bisulfate whose molar number is 1.5 times that of the double metal oxide is slowly added to the suspension slurry in step 1) under stirring, and reacted at room temperature for 15 hours;

[0043] 3) centrifugal dehydration of the suspension slurry in step 2);

[0044] 4) Drying and crushing the filter cake obtained in step 3) to 400 meshes to obtain a controlled and slow-release sulfur replenishing agent. Sulfate accounts for 90% of the total anions in the hydrotalcite interlayer.

Abstract

The invention discloses a sulfur compensating agent which release sulfur slowly and the method for preparing the same and the usage. The product takes hydrotalcite as carrier, with the sulfate radical proportion in total anion in hydrotalcite interlayer being 80-100%. The process comprises: inserting the sulfate radical into hydrotalcite interlayer by making use of the interlayer assembling property of hydrotalcite, or calcining the hydrotalcite to 450-550 Deg C to get bimetallic oxide, then carrying sulfate radical by using the property of bimetallic oxide adsorbing anion. The hydrotalcite can release sulfur slowly because of the features it possesses: bio-availability, compatibility to gastrointestinal tract mucosa, commutativity between layers, high surface activity and large specific surface area. The product can be used for sulfur compensation for cow, sheep, poultry and aquatic creature and can also improve the quantity and quality of wool and rabbit hair.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sulfur replenishing agent for controlled and slow-release sulfur, a preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Sulfur is an essential non-metallic element for living organisms. It is distributed in various cells in animals and mainly exists in methionine, cystine and cysteine in the form of organic sulfur. In addition, it is also present in biotin, thiamine, chondroitin sulfate and mucin sulfate in mucopolysaccharides, as well as heparin, coenzyme A, fibrinogen and glutathione. Sulfur is also contained in keratin such as animal coats, hoof horns, and horns. Sulfur exists in the form of sulfate or sulfate in various tissues in the body, including chondroitin, taurocholic acid, heparin and sulfate. [0003] Sulfur participates in the synthesis of rumen microbial bacterial protein; participates in the biosynthesis of keratin; sulfur compounds are activators of certain enzymes (such as dehydrogenase and...
