Problems solved by technology

The sulfidation method is used to treat heavy metal wastewater. The sulfide precipitation is generally small and easy to form colloids; during the sulfide precipitation, the precipitant will partially remain in the water, and the residual precipitant is also a kind of pollutant, which will produce stench, etc., and S 2- Produces harmful gas H when encountering acidic environment 2 S, will form secondary pollution
Excessive sulfides in wastewater tend to form soluble mercury-sulfur complexes (HgS 2- ) to precipitate and redissolve thiomercuric compounds, and it is easy to produce H for acidic wastewater 2 S secondary pollution; the residual sulfur in the effluent after treatment will also cause pollution

Abstract

The present invention discloses multiphase transfer method for treating waste water with heavy metals in several forms. Multiphase transfer method including replacement, conversion, etc. is adopted to treat waste water with free mercury and compounds of Hg, Pb, Cr, Mn, Zn, Cd, As, Cu, etc. through flocculation, adsorption, etc. The treated water may be reused for closed loop circulation to eliminate water pollution and save water resource. The said water treating technological process may be used in the comprehensive treatment engineering of waste water with complicated heavy metal form. The present invention also discloses the apparatus for the said process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wastewater treatment method, in particular to a method for treating various forms of heavy metal wastewater by using a multiphase transfer method. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method. Background technique [0002] Preliminary surveys show that more than 300 million people in my country have unsafe drinking water, and 190 million of them have excessive levels of harmful substances in their drinking water. With the country's attention to environmental protection, water purification and waste water recycling are getting more and more attention. In the process of comprehensive treatment of wastewater, there are organic wastewater and heavy metal wastewater in various forms. Non-ferrous smelting, chemical production and other enterprises produce a large amount of composite wastewater in the production process. There are a lot of metal ions and non-metal ions in these wastewaters. The largest batt...
