Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an anti-caking water-absorbent resin, which comprises the following steps: a, mixing a first-stage water-phase mixed solution and an oil-phase solution, and then carrying out first-stage reversed-phase suspension polymerization reaction to obtain a first turbid liquid; b, adding an organic silicon modifier into the first suspension liquid, cooling, continuously adding the second-stage water-phase mixed liquid, and carrying out second-stage reversed-phase suspension polymerization reaction, so as to obtain a second suspension liquid; c, adding an organic silicon modifier into the second suspension liquid, continuously heating to remove most of water in the second suspension liquid, and adding a composite surface cross-linking agent to carry out surface cross-linking reaction; and d, adding silicon dioxide into the surface-crosslinked system for surface treatment, then carrying out post-treatment to remove the organic solvent, drying the obtained product to a specific water content, and screening to obtain the target water-absorbent resin.
