Abstract

The multifunctional organic vertical diode structurally comprises a substrate, an anode layer, a hole transport layer, an active layer, an electron transport layer and a metal cathode in sequence, the substrate is coated with the anode layer, then the hole transport layer, the active layer, the electron transport layer and the metal cathode are sequentially evaporated or spin-coated, and the multifunctional organic vertical diode is obtained. The device is used as a photosynapse under positive bias voltage, shows long memory time, and realizes fantasy association learning and high image recognition precision.
