According to the method, ammonia gas is recycled when carbon dioxide is absorbed by utilizing the principle of a combined alkali preparation method, caustic soda is prepared by utilizing the product sodium bicarbonate and calcined calcium carbonate, and the method avoids the problem that ammonia gas in ammonium chloride cannot be recycled and uses a high-energy-consumption calcining furnace, so the cost input and the energy consumption are greatly reduced, meanwhile, CO2 in the flue gas is reduced, and the light sodium carbonate with high additional value is obtained.
