Problems solved by technology

[0003] Compared with austenitic stainless steel in terms of performance, 430 ferritic stainless steel has the characteristics of lower elongation, yield platform, and more obvious anisotropy. Defects such as easy cracking in deep drawing
Secondly, during the pickling process of 430 ferritic stainless steel, the surface scale reacts violently with the acid solution, and the surface is prone to defects such as pickling patterns and yellow spots.

Embodiment Construction

[0034] Below in conjunction with embodiment the present invention is described in further detail.

[0035] A kind of 430 ferritic stainless steel for kitchenware panel, the mass percent of each component of this 430 ferritic stainless steel is:

[0036] C: 0.030~0.05%

[0037] N: 0.020~0.05%

[0038] Si: 0.20-0.40%

[0039] Ni: ≤0.20%

[0040] Mn: ≤0.35%

[0041] Cr: 16.00~16.50%

[0042] P: less than or equal to 0.035%

[0043] S: less than or equal to 0.010%

[0044] The rest is Fe and unavoidable impurity elements. Elements such as Ni, Mn, P, and S are theoretically as small as possible, but due to reasons such as smelting technology and cost control, there are currently no examples of these elements being 0.

[0045] C is a strong austenite forming element, and its ability to form austenite is 30 times that of Ni, which promotes the development of the 430 stainless steel matrix to the ferrite + martensite two-phase region. At the same time, C is an interstitial sol...

Abstract

The invention discloses 430 ferritic stainless steel for kitchen ware panels and a preparation method thereof. The 430 ferritic stainless steel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.030-0.05% of C, 0.02-0.05% of N, 0.20-0.40% of Si, less than or equal to 0.20% of Ni, less than or equal to 0.35% of Mn, 16.00-16.50% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.035% of P, less than or equal to 0.010% of S, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The equivalent value of nickel is not greater than 2.00, and the equivalent value of chromium is not less than 16.50. During preparation, a hot-rolled black skin roll is subjected to cover annealing, acid pickling, cold rolling, cold annealing and acid pickling, leveling and other procedures to be prepared into a finished product with the required target thickness. The formula and the preparation process of the 430 ferritic stainless steel are scientific and reasonable, and the prepared stainless steel has higher ferritic stability and lower hardness and yield strength, so that the material is more suitable for stamping, can meet the requirement of cost control in the kitchen ware industry, and is suitable for production and processing of high-end kitchen ware.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of stainless steel production, and relates to a 430 ferritic stainless steel and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a 430 ferritic stainless steel for kitchenware panels and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Kitchen utensil panels are mainly used for stoves and range hoods. Domestic high-end kitchen utensil panels generally use 304, 430 and other stainless steel materials, and 430 ferritic stainless steel is the main one. [0003] Compared with austenitic stainless steel in terms of performance, 430 ferritic stainless steel has the characteristics of lower elongation, yield platform, and more obvious anisotropy. Deep drawing is easy to crack and other defects. The processing and forming process of the kitchenware panel adopts shallow stamping, deep stamping, bending deformation and other processes, so the ferritic stainless steel used for kitchenware panel processing is...
