Abstract

Eremochloa ophiuroides adapting to low-phosphorus soil conditions is used as a material, the low-phosphorus response related EoPHR2 gene is obtained through homologous gene prediction and RACE technology cloning, the nucleotide sequence of the low-phosphorus response related EoPHR2 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the amino acid sequence of the expressed protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2. A protoplast transient expression system is adopted to observe that the EoPHR2 protein has typical nuclear localization of transcription factors. A qRT-PCR method is utilized to analyze and find that the EoPHR2 gene has different expression modes under various tissue organs and stress conditions.
